In the absence of the ordered car, the Lessor has the right to replace it with a car of the better or the same class, while maintaining the price in accordance with the order.
Payment for car rental services is made before the start of the rental period in cash, by bank card or transfer. When booking, the Lessor has the right to demand an advance payment of 20% of the total rental price, which is not refundable upon cancellation.
The length of the rental day is 24 hours. If the start and the end of the rental time differs by 3 hours, the cost of one day rental is added.
When renting a car, a security deposit is required, which is booked on the Lessee’s credit card (or a debit card with credit card functions), depending on the car, starting from 200 euros. The deposit will be used to cover any future damages and/or settlements and will be returned at the end of the rental period. The deposit is usually released within 2-5 business days in the absence of claims from the rent-a-car company.
The Lessor reserves the right to request a larger deposit than usual in exceptional cases.
The rental car is transferred to the Lessee with a full tank of fuel, clean and in good repair.
After receiving the car, we recommend that you carefully examine it and demand that all damages (including scratches) are noted in the contract.
The car is returned with a full fuel tank, unless agreed otherwise.
If a dry-cleaner is required when returning the car, a fee of 100 euros will be charged.
The Lessee’s self-responsibility in the event of an accident is 400 euros for passenger cars and 500 euros for minibuses and vans. In the event of a vehicle theft, the Lessee’s responsibility is 15%.
The Lessee is obliged to return the rental car to the agreed place at the agreed time. If the Lessee does not return the car and the Lessor takes the car himself or buys the car return service, the Lessee is obliged to refund in full the additional costs incurred by JUSTRENT. If the delay in returning the vehicle exceeds 30 minutes, without the consent of JUSTRENT, an additional rental day will be charged to the Lessee. The Lessor has the right to demand double rent for each day that exceeds the rental period.
JUSTRENT has the right to refuse to rent a vehicle and terminate the Contract if suspects that the Lessee or another driver doesn’t use the vehicle in an appropriate way.
